Computer aided manufacturing (CAM) is integral to our production processes, linking to the latest CNC machinery on the factory floor. We are skilled in large surface grinding and deep hole drilling and make full use of CNC co-ordinate measuring machines to check for accuracy and maintain rigorous quality control.

    With our computer aided production control and comprehensive machinery facilities, we will manufacture to your exact specifications, working from your drawings or, if you prefer, using our design detail service - which leaves you free to concentrate on the core and cavity impression work and final assembly. We can also accept your instructions via modem, further reducing lead times.

    You can provide the steel for your special bolster, or we'll select and machine from steels guaranteed to have the correct metallurgical characteristics to ensure reliable mould and die performance for your particular application. And we can offer you the flexibility of taking on larger tools.
